Pros
Great place if your goal is to improve your technical skills. Management is open to new ideas, process improvement etc... Many soft skill trainings are offered as well. The office is located almost at the edhe of the city, but it's well equipped and the environment is picturesque.
Cons
The time difference between Hungary and the U.S can result in some evening working when there's some pressure because of deadlines.
