Pros

Remote work and good benefits

Cons

Unhealthy culture of being bullied and overworked. Once the point of no return is reached and awareness is raised around internal problems, the HR grim reeper is invited to a call to give termination speech. No reason, no forewarning, no performance improvement plan - not required, not given. Poor stewardship of agreements & development overall.
