      Pros

      The people all worked really hard and had each other's back. Leadership felt like family. Alot of potential and promise, execution is lacking.

      Cons

      Leadership based alot of decisions off of personal emotions rather than performance. We only had 5 people in the office and I saw 6 people lose their jobs in the span of 6 months. Ownership was also very cheap with commission being very low for certain offices. Benefits really sucked.

      Pros

      The staffing personnel are very professional and hands on. Active and immediate communication.

      Cons

      As with most contract/1099 positions, there are no benefits or PTO but that is clearly disclosed.
