Cons
It's not a big structure and even more relied on your personal relationship with different colleagues but has to be complied with the mother group, which sometime complicates so much the things and causes lots waiting and delay to the end decision or taking effects, It seems that still the mother group doesn't recognize that SE is not just a machine for making quick money, but need so much to invest and help it to grow with clear directions and roadmaps, rather than changing the VP per X months based on the achieved numbers only.
