- extreme workload that you are not prepared for - insufficient training (AKA, essentially no training) - you never know when you're going to finish work. You finish when your workload is done... - rude coordinators that don't appreciate it when you've injured yourself or need to go home early - never enough equipment essential for cleaning (mop, vacuum machine, cloths, chemicals, rubbish bags) - NO chemical training - hygiene products such as gloves are rarely available - constantly being told to go faster - poor communication - high stress - minimum wage - no time to have a life because they work you too much and on your days off, you're just resting from the last 5 days of hell
