This is a smaller family owned business that is not beholden to Wall Street or any other financial group. They can make solid business decisions and start to implement them quickly.
Cons
This is definitely a small club mentality to senior management. They do not care about the employee's career health if it affects one of the club members. The HR person does not do a very good job.
