While the overall experience has been very positive, there are a few minor areas for improvement. The work environment can be quite fast-paced at times, which may take some adjustment initially. Additionally, as the company continues to grow, some processes are still evolving, and onboarding could be a bit more structured. That said, the team is very supportive, and colleagues are always willing to step in and help, making these challenges easy to navigate.

Our biggest strength is definitely our diversity in education, experience, appearance, age, and even our opinions. But when it comes to the job, that’s actually our adventage. We all share the same passion for this industry, and these differences allow us to see the "bigger picture" and look at every task from all possible angles. Also, the marketing management is very open to new ideas. If you have a solid explanation and are ready to take responsibility for making it happen, your ideas will be supported. As for the daily energy, we’re a cheerful, expressive, and naturally creative bunch. Our coffee breaks aren't just for resting, they’re often our spontaneous source of inspiration.

On the flip side, this isn't a job for conformists. You have to be ready to learn constantly across different areas of marketing. Since SBG is currently going through a transformation, you need to be adaptable and able to multitask. If you’re not someone who can organize themselves, it can be challenging. At the same time, if you’re at the start of your career and want to learn as much as possible and find out which branch of marketing is actually for you, this is the right place to be.
