Dinamično okruženje – Rad sa različitim industrijama (fintech, IT, e-commerce, oil & gas itd.) daje široko iskustvo i ubrzano učenje. Prilika za rad sa globalnim klijentima – Direktna komunikacija sa međunarodnim partnerima i exposure ka ozbiljnim tržištima (EU, US, Kina). Velika autonomija – Kao manager imaš dosta slobode da donosiš odluke, testiraš ideje i utičeš na rezultate. Preduzetnički mindset – Kompanija podstiče ownership i razmišljanje kao “mini CEO” svog projekta/divizije. Blizak kontakt sa leadership-om – Lakoća komunikacije sa top menadžmentom i mogućnost da utičeš na strateške odluke.

Cons

Visok nivo stresa i odgovornosti – Očekuje se konstantan performance i rešavanje problema u realnom vremenu (klijenti, tim, finansije). Zahteva visok nivo samostalnosti – Nije okruženje za ljude koji očekuju striktna uputstva ili “sigurnu zonu”.
