      Pros

      Having only recently joined I have nothing but positive comments to make regarding the office environment & the people I’m working alongside. Everyone has been very welcoming & taken the time to not only explain things but also to ensure I understand. The social element to the team is very strong which I always think is very indicative of a workplace, everyone seems to get along nicely with many meeting up outside of work.

      Cons

      As of yet, I’ve not experienced anything remotely negative.

      Pros

      Genuine desire to make life easier for consumers Hard working teams working well together cross functionally Continuous improvement mindset Flexible/Hybrid working Company social committee organising regular events including bake offs and annual sports day Employee and Manager personal and professional development Great perks - early finish Friday each month, cycle to work and EV lease scheme, holiday purchase scheme, staff discount and fantastic long service awards!

      Cons

      Small company means challenging work loads but also allows opportunities to try new things and learn something new everyday Flat structure limits upward progression but lateral progression is encouraged

      Pros

      Able to give positive feedback to senior leadership and have open and honest conversations. Lovely office, people are welcoming and will help out if you ask for help/advice

      Cons

      none that I can think of at the moment, only one for me is the travel time, but I knew this when started
