Excellent community and environment to work in

None. The work environment and people are wonderful.

I get my breaks and lunchtime accordingly and have never faced issues or backlash for doing so. I know what my job is and is required of me therefore I am left alone . Benefits are good

No advancement opportunities offered , favoritism. Career paths are non-existent
