Pros
It has easygoing work environment (depending on location) and hours available (usually). They also feed the employees. Working here is just better than being unemployed...sometimes.
Cons
The paychecks routinely bounce. The franchise owner is near impossible to reach (even regarding payment problems). Hours are unsteady even for full-time employees. Food truck services and delivery of basic supplies may be delayed for days. Store signs and equipment need updates and repairs badly.
