Pros

- 3 monitors - Plants in the office

Cons

- Guy hired me for a FTE job, promised benefits (never materialized) - Two weeks after my start went away for a contract, put his mom there to babysit me, who was passive aggressive the whole time. - Made me run around in the US to ship some stupid server they could have put together locally, including asking me to lie to customs (took a few hours of phone calls and talking to customs to figure out a way to do it legally) - Fired me literally the day after he came back. - Company itself supports technology from 1995 that's been obsolete since Windows 98 (some clients were still using Windows NT as their DCs when I was there), so only work here if you want your career to die. Oh yeah and it was my fault I had no idea how to set up a Windows XP workgroup or manage DOS accounting software... - Never compensated for OT - Oh, and fudged his taxes too considering CRA couldn't find my T4 and I had to pay a few hundred extra in taxes.
