Pros

small company. ran by a woman

Cons

Very misleading. The "event" is you standing in front of a random store trying to get people to give you money for "nonprofits". umm no thanks

Pros

- Great company culture - Very friendly and they push you to grow as a professional - As long as you are on the owners good side they will teat you well

Cons

- Struggle to stay consistent with company policy and to their word. - They force you to leave the company if you do not want to be a director within the industry, they have a "get out" mentality knowing that you are easily replaceable - Tell you its a self paced development, if you do not push yourself to grow as fast as they want they will force you to make the decision to quit -no company benefits

Although we appreciate you sharing your review, we are afraid you are sharing misinformation. This review comes from a disgruntled employee that chose to leave in lieu of discharge due to conflicting relations within the company and this review in no way reflects the policies of Silver Sage Development. We specialize in professional development and hold our employees to timelines of progress, while allowing our employees to grow at a pace that optimizes development, which is disclosed within the interview process. Our goal is not to “push” or “force” anyone.
