Fake Company. Its not a company its Laxmi Cheat Fund - Anonymous employee Silver Touch Technologies Employee Review

So lets start by how they destroyed 80 students career :- All students were placed by campus placement during July in this so called CMMI LEVEL 5 company, which by the way uses expired cmmi level certificate,you can go and check their certificate expiration date on their own website. At the time of placement they kept an original marksheet saying they will return this marsheet in January when we would join them, but in January they said we will get the marsheet in July when we will sign their 1 Year bond. At the time of placement they promised a lot of things about company, but when we really reached their it turned out to be all scam. At first they asked us to bring our own laptop for their so called training, which was pretty useless at industry level. We were given classroom type assignments which were no closer to industry standards. Even the faculties were not good enough to teach. In the initial month we all were taught C# even we liked it or not and at the end of the month an exam was conducted to allot different technologies to us. Seriously, how can they decide who is good in which technology based on the score of C#.These people are really out of their mind. After alloting technologies to us they asked for a cheque of 40,000 rupees as a gurantee that we would not leave the company after training. Even they knew that their training is so bad that people will leave after sometime but instead of coming to a better training programme they started to ask for cheque as security. We revolted a lot against this, but they took the advantage of us being a fresher and kept on exploiting us. First marksheet and then this cheque. They had already crossed the line of same by now but they didnt stop at this. Our training program was scheduled to end on 1st July and we were promised that we will be given employment at the same date. But June passed,then July and then August but no sign of employment. If we called them they would not pick up, even no answer to our mails. And if we try to reach them they would slam us saying you are not supposed to talk to managers regarding this.After all this drama they selected only 10 people out of 80 saying company is not in good financial state to give employment to all 80 trainees. And even to that 10 people they offered half salary than that was promised during the placements.They didnt provided any stipend during the training period also. They are all about saving money, even if that comes to not paying their employees. They couldnt even afford to give tea/coffee to us.And they call themselves a Cmmi Level 5 company, what an irony!!!!!!!. Its my advice to any fresher to not join this LAXMI CHEAT FUND at any cost. They will spoil your future like they did to us. Dont believe the sweet thing they say, all things are fake. They just want your money. They are so fake they would not even provide you any written proof of any documents you submit to them. They even refused to provide the employment letter to selected candidate. This company is purely a scam and career destroyer, nothing else.
