Wow. I’m really sorry that you feel this way, and that things have not worked out as you might have hoped or expected. It’s hard for me to hear such angry feedback, but that doesn’t invalidate how you feel about things. We are going through a lot of change (Expedia investment, strategic focus, management, etc), and it’s never simple. No one likes working somewhere where they don’t feel appreciated or valued. I hope you can talk to someone, me directly, or someone on the management team about it. I’m incredibly proud and excited about what we’re building, as are many of us, which is why the majority of the original team is still here nine years later. That’s super rare in this modern tech age, and something I really appreciate. I am open to hearing how we improve things for you, how we make you happy.
