Pros
Good training and learning ground to work on varied tasks and projects Resource are properly managed to ensure everyone is fully utilised Making sure staff are responsible, accountable and look into outstanding issues
Cons
No staff bonus Micromanagement, Top down approach. Staff voices are not heard/considered. Overwork and treat employees disrespectfully with intimidation and fear. Constant long hours, work overloading and tight/last min deadlines. Definitely no work life balance and expected to respond or work round the clock.
