Pros

Compensation & Benefits were good

Cons

- Fake people - Finger pointing culture - Always give importance to their older employees - No friendly people - False promises - No growth - Lots of favouritism - Lots of discrepancies in compensation/bonus I'm not blaming Silverline for the layoffs in 2023, however, it's obvious that the company handled it poorly. I was told my position had been eliminated and HR would be in touch. I worked insane hours on so many projects and worked closely with so many higher management people, got awards too but nobody, not even my coach, bothered to say goodbye in the end. I have worked in many companies, I have never encountered such an inhumane atmosphere. When I was laid off they made me feel like I didn't even exist. I would highly recommend people choose companies carefully. It only takes one unwise choice to ruin your career.

Pros

After working at both small and large companies, I can confidently say I’m really happy I landed at Silverline. From day one, everyone has been incredibly welcoming, and that sense of kindness and collaboration hasn’t faded. It’s a fantastic group of people to bounce ideas off, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work. Jason was absolutely fantastic throughout the interview process. He kept me updated almost daily and clearly puts a lot of care and effort into finding the right person for each role, it really shows. The benefits here are also strong. While the PTO policy is still evolving (currently at 10 days), I actually appreciate the clarity. Unlimited or flexible PTO can sometimes be tricky to navigate, since it’s not always clear what’s “too much” or “too little.” For those in the U.S., the insurance pricing is excellent, and there are a variety of additional benefits offered, including critical illness, accident coverage, legal support, and more. Overall, I can genuinely see myself here for a long time. If you’re considering joining, go for it!!

Cons

PTO policy, but as I mentioned it's a work in progress.

Pros

There once was a lot of cool people working here.

Cons

The acquisition destroyed the company. Benefits are non existent. Culture is gone. Almost anyone who knew what they were doing left and the ones who didn’t wish they had. Avoid at all costs unless you like being miserable and hate employer 401k contributions.
