Pros

1. We work on some of the latest advancements in AI field trying to solve challenging problems. 2. The problems we are solving are as much academic (research oriented) as much they are genuine business use cases. So you get to see best of both the worlds. 3. The company is full of young people, so the energy levels are generally always high, be it partying or work! 4. The founders are experienced and really helpful to newbies like me. If you are self-motivated and dedicated, they will help you learn and grow. 5. Our company paid evening tea-breaks (frequently accompanied with samosas, burgers and other exotic sweets and snacks courtesy of Puran Bhaiya :) ) can beat any cafeteria anywhere in the corporate world!

Cons

1. Their current address is slightly far-off from metro (~ 9kms). Though they are looking for a new bigger place, but its inconvenience till then.

Pros

I have previously worked with multiple startups and why Silversparro is unique is that they are truly passionate about their product and you’ll find in them one of the finest mentors. Take my word for that! I love the concept of conducting sessions by individual employees/interns where everyone can learn what the person is working on and what exactly are they doing, which not only boosts your confidence but also prepares you for professional talks and client demos. Please do not ever discontinue that. The energy of the workplace is amazing, courtesy “Future”, the chief happiness officer!

Cons

Accessibility is a little issue.

Pros

The start-up gives you a sense of belonging i.e. the kind of work you do and the incentives you get for the same somehow exemplify that you're not just a bot, but a human whose efforts are valued. Your work is valued and rewarded suitably. The working atmosphere is super fun. You get to interact with people as though you're in a co-working space. The lunch sessions are bang on, filled with knowledge and analysis of various events. There is immense scope of learning. This is associated to the fact that you have freedom to do your work. There are no set of rules to do a work in one manner itself as long as you're producing good results. Another advantage of working here is the flexi-leave schedule.

Cons

Perhaps, something like "work from home" programme could be introduced, with a maximum limit of particular no. of days in a week.
