Varied work No red tape Customer focused Great industry

Cons

Lack of direction Lack of trust No one knows where they stand Morale is low Roles overlap and people expect others to do their work for them No work-life balance, you'll receive messages from all arms and levels of the business at any time of day out of hours... evening, morning, weekends, bank holidays. Management will have no problem contacting you when you're on annual leave to demand you go online. No prospect of career progression as the company are more focused on saving money
