Pros

Good pay, environment, benefits package, flexible schedule Unique perk: employees can donate unused vacation days to a pool. If something comes up that would exhaust your normal vacation/parental/bereavement/sick leave, you can request to pull from that pool ALSO: not finalized yet, but they are transitioning to employee ownership.

Cons

VERY Christian. If you are, no problem. For those that aren't Christian or aren't very religious, it's still a good place to work, but it can feel a little uncomfortable for fear of offending the majority who are.
