- none! I genuinely do not see why you would not work here. Being a startup, there is a lot to do, but you know that upfront!

- Extremely interesting work if you're interested in using VR for training with lots of opportunities to learn medical knowledge - Decent benefits with several affordable health insurance options, unlimited PTO, fully remote work status, and WFH stipend

- Leadership reeks of favoritism. No matter how hard you work or how good the quality of work you deliver is, if you're not one of leadership's favorites, none of that will get noticed and you will not be rewarded. - Inexperienced leadership. Many people at the company do not have relevant prior experience for the role they're hired to do, which is fine if it was just a few junior positions rather than directors and team leads. - No accountability, no change. Pointing out problems and suggesting solutions will result in nothing. The few good individuals here can't undo the mess trickling down from the top. Every day is an uphill battle that will fill you with dread and beat you down until you lose all motivation for what should be an exciting and interesting job.
