SMHC is the fourth HVAC company I have worked for and I plan to work here until I am ready to hang up the tools. I have moved jobs in the past so I can reach goals in my ability and get exposed to new equipment. Working here has alowed me to grow and improve thanks to the training provided, excellent colleagues and strong management. It really is a team environment here and we all help each other. I have a great deal of respect for the owner, managers and office staff. Everyone cares, works hard and supports one another. Everyone's effort seems to trickle down from the top to the technitions.
