Pros
Good culture and team spirit. Everyone's very helpful. Good perks (shares, travel, etc)
Cons
The role is pretty bad - you spend most of the time on useless calls with clients and setting up the product. I was sold it as a technical and analytical role, but in reality it's more dealing with the client relationship and knowing how to set up the product (the skills of which aren't really transferable).
