Training company - Senior Consultant Simitri Employee Review

Thoroughly enjoyed working at Simitri for a few years. The environment was positive with a great location. Management invested in staff and allowed opportunities for growth if desired. Excellent international exposure available whilst working with intelligent and committed consultants across the globe.

Nothing significant. If you are not self motivated and a self starter then you might find the style of management not to your taste.

Have a lot of customers

- Mean-spirited, dictotorial & utterly anal management style - Boring, out-dated, one-dimensional and overly theoretical training content - Totally unwilling to listen, value and respect contractor's expertise & experience - Poor pay, extremely 'cheap' on expenses and even make you pay Simitri to attend their abusive, demeaning totally worthless 'train-the-trainer' induction.
