None they suck at being employers

No water no safety no hours alot of apprentice working while journeymen like me are at home. Was told i was wasting my time because i refused to tie off to a pallet wich is illegal. They refuse to buy water as they convinced everyone they dont require it. No gloves because "ppl abused them by using them? -.- they are driving thus company to the ground and i will be going back to flynn this summer because they prioritize their employees safety there

There are no cons I see with working here
