Pros

Quick hiring process - ( 3-5 days) to start after interview. Friendly teammates. Snack cart with cheap snacks. Very good Training Manual on collections, great location with parking.

Cons

Pay is low and paid on 1st and 15th. Training is fast. Must self study. Trainer waste lot of time sharing useless person details, Senior Management only friendly to you during interview. Doesn't even speak to you beyond that.

Appreciate your review. We feel that we're in-line with other local companies when it comes to our pay rates. Our average hourly rate as a company is $14.37 per hour. We do pay higher than normal hourly rates for those people that have proven previous experience specific to default recovery work. Our bonus plan is uncapped for the majority of our staff so we did have collectors surpass $70k last year and the year before. As for our trainer, she's a wonderful person who truly cares and is passionate about her job. The majority of the results from our post training surveys gives her high marks for her knowledge, approach-ability and commitment to our training initiative.

Pros

I really have to say first and foremost I believe the pay is what you give, so yes if you are a experienced collector and you have proven your self I do believe the potential is unlimited. I worked for Simm for a few months and fell on some hard times medically, the management was overly sincere and showed great concern about my situation, it did come to a point where I needed to take sometime to take care of myself and worry about my recovery so I had to resign my position, now in doing so I felt so bad the time and money they put into training not to mention I enjoyed working with everyone and was impressed with management and my trainer. I recently have been medically cleared to go back to work and I Chose to contact Simm asking for another opportunity and once again I felt nothing but care and concern, I didn't feel like they looked at me in any certain way after having to resign, instead they offered for me to come back and once again said how happy they were to hear that I had recovered. I believe of you go to work and you put your full effort in Simm certainly is a great place to work and will give you a opportunity of a great future.

Cons

I do believe some of the employees can be hard to deal with as far as work ethic, however in any company with that many employees this you are gonna always have your select few who treat it as a paycheck and not a career but that won't last long.
