People on my team and peers were great to work with. Bank did some amazing things during explosive growth period. Massive senior leadership change coming in Q1 2026 - great opportunity to clean house and get the bank back on a growth trajectory.

12th floor leadership made some dumb moves the Bank is still paying for. New senior management only has a small window to dig out of the hole the Pine Bluff Mafia dug or they will get merged out of existence. A golf tournament? Really? A few conspicuous DEI hires in high places are complete busts. IYKYK.
