The prioritization of culture really stood out to me. After going through the interview and onboarding process, I’ve developed a strong appreciation for that level of vetting. I can honestly say I feel fully supported in my role, enjoy coming to work each day, and am able to work both meaningfully and efficiently.

No major cons. It’s very much a learn-by-doing environment, so success really comes down to being open, curious, proactive, and comfortable learning from your mistakes.
