- Beautiful product - Great restaurant

Cons

- Its hard to find anyone, no matter the department who enjoys working here - Corporate offices mainly consist of unqualified "professionals" who seem to play the political game more than do their actual jobs - Incredibly low level of morale, employees are rarely given opportunities to develop their skills, never mind advance their careers - You'll find master level glassblowers working 2 jobs to make ends meet - this company is so blatantly out of touch with their workforce
