Pros

Supportive team environment with meaningful projects and opportunities to gain hands-on experience in healthcare marketing. Interns are trusted with real responsibilities and receive valuable exposure to branding, communications, and business operations.

Cons

Because the company is growing rapidly, there is always something new to learn and adapt to, which can create a fast-paced environment for interns.

Pros

The people at SimonMed - from clinical leaders to corporate and site teams - have been so great to work with. The commitment to our patients and each other is inspiring. The work is fast-paced, and no two days look the same. If you enjoy solving problems, building processes, wearing multiple hats, and directly influence the patient experience, there are plenty of opportunities to make a real impact. What stands out most is knowing that the work ultimately helps people make more informed decisions about their health. It's rewarding to be part of an organization that's investing in AI and preventive care to improve early detection and make complex medical information more accessible to patients.

Cons

Like any growing organization, there are (plenty of) opportunities to continue improving communication and defining ownership across teams, especially as new products and initiatives are introduced. At times, decisions have been made that I don’t necessarily understand or agree with, but it’s a good reminder that at the end of the day, work is work.
