Mismanaged company in all aspects - Anonymous employee Simpay Employee Review

I have never worked for such immature, emotional & condescending leaders in my life. They have no idea what they're doing from a monday to a tuesday. Things are constantly changing, including employees who are let go in a heartbeat to completely unqualified "management" being brought in. ( And no I was not let go) The attitude is basically the employee should just deal with anything because they are "lucky" to work there. I have witnessed the ceo screaming on the floor in front of multiple employees, the president of the company taking (what hes claiming it to be im sure) prospective clients to strip clubs and certain "managers" verbally abuse her employees time and time again. If you want my advice steer clear.
