Interesting Project/Poor Direction - Contractor Simple Finance Employee Review

Employees are great, DEI program was excellent

Company was purchased by PNC and closed.

The company used to be wonderful, great lunches provided, great benefits and incentive for collections, a great management system. They truly cared about their employees

There is no longer a mid or late stage. Everyone is on the same page getting paid the exact same incentive and now the benefits are absolutely horrible. They have taken away a chance to push forward and earn more incentive and go further in the company. Late stage department lost 75% of their commission and upper management didn't blink an eye. The management has horrible communication skills and they do NOT think about the front line workers but themselves and the money the company is making.
