Pros

For the most part great people, decent business model financially speaking in terms of a baseline for what they're currently working on. Their COO (Chief OPERATING Officer) <-- to be clear. That man knows his stuff.

Cons

It's healthcare and the ACA confusion is gone, and SO many companies got big with that confusion, so you do the math. So unless the pro's listed above aren't used efficiently with efficacy, well, there won't be much to review soon enough. The personification of "Bait & Switch" - unfortunately, this is the core of the company. They'll say otherwise, but even employees will agree (fearfully since your opinion does not matter to C-suites <--- I will get to that soon enough lol); but from sales process to hiring process, to really any process they may have (since there aren't many), it's quite "Flaky". In summary, let's just say gentlemen's agreements don't exist, there are some overgrown children "managing", so newly appointed , some not, and skill set wise... oh boy lol, let's see what happens. So the C-suites. Okay, so the reality is I had very little to do with them (Kind of/Sort of) but when I did speak to some of them, the impression that I got was: Miami New Money playing "hustler" - you know, the fancy cars, the brands, the "OMG, can you believe that", the "less talk, more action" on social media posts (oh the irony), the self proclamation of greatness and potential narcissistic disorder diagnoses, the lack of true accountability, and you know.. leadership. The kind of people that watched "Ballers", got lucky in their career, and read enough LinkedIn posts to throw trendy terms around to sound smart. But numbers are louder than the trending article on LinkedIn, so I'll be curious to see what happens. It was interesting. Anyone can make money with a business short term, but not everyone can actually make something truly lasting of it.

Pros

The atmosphere can be very fun. It is a sales company, so the administration is always looking to help retention rates by doing fun things for employee appreciation day, holidays, and spiff events on the sales floor. Some people do try very hard to make the company as family-feeling as possible.

Cons

At least in the corporate office, there is a lot of shady things going on. Massive layoffs happened just a weekend after employee appreciation day. During employee appreciation day, we had pony kegs, BBQs, catered breakfast, all sorts of things. Come Monday, lay offs happened to anyone who was a W2 and made over a certain amount per hour due to budget restraints. The company isn't reliable and there are some people in management that are on a superiority complex. There are no health benefits. Supposedly they were working on that, but given Steve's current money handling skills, I doubt that that will happen. There is no set time off policy. I don't think there are policies at all because I never got a handbook so I'm not sure.
