Pros

It's good for beginners and if you don't know any better.

Cons

Company lacks direction. CEO often chooses shortest perceived path to a solution, which often ends in expensive implementations that do not meet standards or requirements. Most success is achieved via obfuscation to the client instead of actual implementation. Advancement is highly dependent on personal relationship with the CEO and has little to do with ability to fulfill any given role. Bills are often paid late resulting in disruptions in service. Payroll is always in the air. Little benefits. Employees are highly disposable. Also at the whim of personal relationship with CEO. If you aren't a "brown noser" you will likely not last long. There have been several waves of mass firings. Opinions of technical staff is often ignored in favor of salesmen. CEO has attitude that "employees aren't paid to learn", resulting in a company that stays behind the technological curve until some infusion of cash stop-gaps a solution (which tends to be a poor fit) into place to hobble forward.

Dear former employee - Thanks for the feedback. We're glad you are able to connect with some other former employees and collaborate your Glassdoor postings. We're very invested in our growth and employees. It's unfortunate you turned to "social media" and jumped on the band wagon. It's also unfortunate you haven't learned anything in regards to character, ethics, or professionalism. While we do wish you the best, we hope you can learn to be professional and honest to your current employer.

Pros

Great people to work with. Very talented group of people that all add unique value to the company.

Cons

Important positions remain vacant, which causes a heavier workload and more responsibilities that are put on people, which leads to burnout.
