Honestly there are too many to type. I have been working here for over 4 years now and absolutely am in for life. The Core Values are the reason why I came on board and being able to help our clients with their options when selling is rewarding on a daily basis. The money is great but definitely I can say for the first time in my life that this takes a back seat to the team and work satisfaction. The training has been amazing though and it's paid so that was a great feature for me as well.

Just the normal growing pains of a small to medium size business. New staff coming in to fill roles as we grow creates a small amount of confusion at times, but nothing that deters the team which is nice.

I haven't been here too long but all I see is good things everywhere! The owners want to you grow! I have never worked in a company where the owners are working with you directly as a team and not as "I am the boss!". It has been an amazing, refreshing experience. Everyone else in the team have the same exact attitude, from the interview to my job offer to my training and my very first official day here, all I see is we are a team, and everyone's individual job affects everyone else together, so we are all accountable for it. I know a lot of people would probably see this as a negative, but I think is awesome because it builds respect between departments and it builds this team culture everywhere. They want to do awesome just so we can all do awesome. I love it here!
