Pros
Small team. Direct contact with lead. Leads really care about you and your well being as a person as well as your development as an engineer. You touch code that means something immediately (meaningful coding). Everyone is very supportive/inclusive. WFH. Great insurance. Raise within a year.
Cons
No HR department (this has fallback on a lot of things like not having a set schedule for holidays etc.)
