      Cute office Good PTO (rumor is that this is going away to cut costs) Some good benefits Some nice people

      Cons

      A leadership team that almost seems proud to not care about employees AI slop everywhere- emails, slacks, documents...constant direction to use AI, all coming from people who can't even write a good email with it Bottom-tier pay A general feeling of panic across the company A new direction every 15 minutes Huge turnover. If you take a week vacation, be prepared for half your team to be gone when you get back

      - Terrible compensation - Limited career growth and promotion opportunities - Layoffs constant, causing fear of 'who's next' - Everyone is leaving due to flailing C suite - Morale decline - Outdated platform, competitors are lightyears ahead
