Pros
Free laser and discounted products. You get a gift card if you leave a positive Glassdoor review which is why I believe most of these reviews are not accurate. I know the one I previously left was not but I wanted the compensation.
Cons
You are managed by fear of losing your job if you aren’t hitting extremely high sales goals. There is no adjustment if all of your clients are already on memberships or do not qualify for upsells they don’t care about you or the client, just the amount of money they bring in
