Cons 1) Fake reviews posted by people who are about to get an increment or about to go onsite tour. otherwise they wont send you 2) No job Security 3) Pathetic management ,sometimes they can abuse to you 4) too much of micromanagement, they track everything.Someone told me they take screenshot of your pc in every 1 minute, they constantly watch you on camera what you doing. 5) False promises of onsite tour, its a trap
