Needs to have a good administrator and needs to improve the human resources department.

They need to have good communication with employees and clients. Especially in ht department.

The only good thing to say about this place is that in a time where pay is fairly low. They pay decent at 30 dollars an hour

Everything else here is garbage, from dispatch to management to higher up, who are all full of themselves and don't seem to know how to handle and manage a company. Dispatch communications are ridiculous. They don't even work in the US; they're from India. Their communication skills are the worst; not only do they not know what they're doing, but they dont speak English and are very rude to the drivers. They schedule you and call you off at the last minute. They hire new drivers constantly and lay off the drivers who have been most responsible for their accounts. They do not care about drivers. I wouldn't recommend working here; the quality of life here is not good. Also, they retaliate against workers. If you call off or use a sick day, they'll make sure not to give you work. And keep you home. It is a very irresponsible place. There is no future in a place like this.
