There are not many pros. Your colleagues are the ones who help you, management only want the best performance.
Cons
Colleagues and management do mother tongue speaking which may affect English speaking talent Overtime with time off. However, is not easy to claim. Some are harsh with words (management), no empathy and disposition. Might not be subjected to bonus for your first year due to performance and mainly the company's say Bonus is divided by 12 months. Not paid for remaining if you leave the company. May vary when you are in management level.
