They tell you to move to solutions that you earn more and when it comes to giving bonus. They dont give bonus even you completed 49.9% of your target. Also bonus is 200-300 for getting 2 mortgages 2 visa everyday. I worked in early morning shifts, afternoon shifts, evening shifts all the time it is busy. Sometimes there are 150 calls in queue. Their system don’t work all the time. And managers they just chill and motivate and get their bonus but what about us answer 50 callss a day and stress about 50 things and then they come up with coaching. They promote you to solutions and then you ask for promotion letter they say it is laddering promotion. That is worst. Honestly if you want hectic job and want to kill yourself will 50 calls a day sometimes 60 join this company.
