Pros

Have a lot of confidence in high level decision-making and that it'll take the company far! - Flexibility, trust to get work done when you can: less about when you're working and in the office, and more about getting good work done/hitting KPIs. Overall, work-life balance is better than startups of similar sizes.
Cons
As with any startup, flexibility can go both ways: must be ok with some of the unexpected, not having structure for all processes, and growing pains around communication. That said, these points are being worked on appropriately, and do not stand out as particularly problematic given the pros above!
