There is not just one but many. As it is a startup, you get all round development - 1. You have your voice heard from the top to the bottom of the company. 2. Great team to work. 3. Personal emergency is respected. 4. As long as your work is going on smoothly, office time can be pretty relaxing. 5. You can be YOU. and many more
Cons
As it is a startup, you may need to work on other areas apart from your own and if you are not a quick learner or doesnt have the urge to learn new stuff, it can be a bit challenging. But the plus point to it is, in a year, you will be 'Jack of all trades, Master of ONE.
