Simply have a very bad culture/habit to dismiss people without warning or any notice that your job is at risk. Even after you have passed probation and even if they just feel you don’t fit in culturally. As they know they can get away with it before 2 years as we do not employment rights. This has been done to many people before and after me. I would not recommend this place to work
