Regarding our lead management approach, our process is designed to provide the most efficient and optimal experience for our customers, while providing equal and balanced opportunities for our employees. As we continue to grow our product suite, we will regularly gather feedback from our teams and our model will continue to evolve and adapt as needed.
In terms of your feedback regarding our hiring philosophy, we see value in promoting employees from within the organization, and strongly believe in investing in our employees and their careers. We assess all internal and external candidates thoroughly before they are hired, and are committed to training and supporting every SBer who is promoted or hired to a new or existing team. We acknowledge that we can always improve, and value your feedback. Currently, a primary focus for us has been to continue providing our leaders and managers with the proper training to ensure they have the tools they need to be successful.
It is important to us that SBers feel comfortable having open and honest conversations with their managers about their specific career and development goals. We want employees to feel empowered to initiate those discussions at any point in time. Our quarterly self reflections are also a great opportunity for employees to reflect on their career and work closely with their managers to understand current growth opportunities.
