We’re disappointed to read your thoughts on our culture, which we feel strongly continues to be a strength – and we’re encouraged by recent strong engagement scores where SBers cited that Simply Business is a place where they felt a strong sense of belonging.
We believe Simply Business’s ‘culture’ has always been a unique balance of inclusion, flexibility, community, purpose, and going the extra mile – for each other, for our customers, and for our communities.
We’ve long been proud of our pioneering spirit and ability to deliver (and learn) at pace, recognising that innovation is in our DNA and central to our promise to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. And we think carefully about how we best balance this with the authenticity and empathy that makes us all enjoy showing up for work.
