terrible - Pick Packer Simply Fruit Employee Review

this company has got a terrible training system you won't know what you need to do because the role assigned to you is vaguely explained by either the manager/team member. if you're new in this company old workers might bully you ordering you to do stuff that they're supposed to do. a lot of workers have quit so you should expect a lot of untrained staff on a daily basis (also everyone is yelling all over the place)
