      Good pay, nice place, a free lunch per month.

      Cons

      Bad management, they don't take care about your skills or experience they just want the work done no matter what. do everything even if isn't part of your job.

      Great customers and great coworkers

      Cons

      Work load, work life balance, incompetent district manager, poor control of inventory flow from warehouse to store. Everyone is a freight associate. And there is ZERO work life balance. The amount of times I was told that a question posed to them was above their pay grade was astounding.
