      Pay was decent. And I use that term very loosely

      Cons

      Manager are overworked and under paid. User management are harsh and rude. NOT a job for someone with a family.

      Great customers and great coworkers

      Cons

      Work load, work life balance, incompetent district manager, poor control of inventory flow from warehouse to store. Everyone is a freight associate. And there is ZERO work life balance. The amount of times I was told that a question posed to them was above their pay grade was astounding.
